Tracks & Trails:Learn how to recognize the different tracks of animals like Mountain Lions and Mule Deer that live in Zion National Park and the surrounding area. You will be taught to read, map, photograph and cast the tracks of these amazing animals,

Can You Dig It Archaeology: Discover the rich history of Zion National Park. The Native People left behind reminders of their daily lives and we will hold an archaeological dig in search of these treasures, and

17-20  Presidents’ Day Weekend – It is the long weekend and the perfect time for a holiday break.


18 St. Patrick’s Day 


1    Easter Weekend – Where does the Easter Bunny go on vacation? Zion River Resort for an EGG-stravaganza! He’ll be here, and so should you. Saturday- Crafts and games start at 9am along with an egg hunt.


11-13  Mother’s Day Weekend – Saturday kids make crafts for Mom. Free Pancake breakfast for Mom on Sunday morning (all others $4.00 per plate.)

19-21   Armed Forces Day – We’d like to recognize those in the armed forces by extending a 25% discount on camping! Must mention at time of booking.

25-28  Memorial Day Weekend – Join our 11th Annual Karaoke Contest.  The Grand Prize is One Free Night. 3-Night Minimum Req.


2-4    Teacher Appreciation Weekend – Teachers will receive a special 25% discount on camping

16-18  Father’s Day Weekend – Look no further for that perfect gift for the father who has everything. . . A family camping weekend with activities planned especially for him.


7-9   California Campers – California campers will receive a special 25% discount on camp sites during the second weekend of July. You must mention this special at time of booking.

23  Thanksgiving! – One of our most popular holidays! Mom gets a break from cooking and the whole family can have fun together. Zion River Resort supplies the turkey, ham, mashed potatoes & gravy and each site brings one large side dish to share (vegetable, stuffing, salad, dessert) for the biggest and best Feast you have ever had.  3-Night Min.
