RV Sites

For your comfort, each site has full hook-ups, a shade tree, fire ring (with the exception of 4 sites), picnic table, free Wi-Fi, and cable television. Pull thru sites are 60-70 feet long with a concrete pad and a grassy area perfect for relaxing on your lounge chair. Riverside Back-In sites average 40-50 feet deep, have gravel, and the Virgin River flowing behind them. There is a berm running along the river’s edge for the protection of our young guests; however, you can hear the river running all year. Standard Back-In sites range from 30-40 feet deep, have 30 amp electric, and are available with either a concrete pad & grass or gravel only. These sites are perfect for smaller RVs. Please help us maintain our desert grass by not putting down mats, rugs, or carpets. We will be happy to help you choose just the right site for your preferences and needs. If you will have a vehicle that does not fit on your site, we will reserve a parking space for you. All vehicles that do not fit on the site must be assigned a parking space in advance. Failure to have a pre-assigned parking space could result in your parking your vehicle off property.

Swimming Pool & Spa

The 20×40 outdoor pool is large enough for families to swim, splash and have a great time. It is heated to 80 degrees and generally opens mid-March to December 1. The spa is open year-round and is dedicated for our adult guests 18 years and older. It is the perfect place to relax after a long drive or a great hike in Zion. Remember, the pool is NOT staffed by lifeguards ~ swimming is at your own risk.

Tent Sites

Tent sites are located beside the Virgin River, have small pea gravel, a fire ring, and picnic table. The standard 4 person sites have electrical outlets; the large 6 person sites do not have electric. We do not allow hammocks on property; trees are very fragile in the desert and tying anything to the tress can damage them. Potable water is located at either end of the tenting area. The camper kitchen is available for cooking and washing dishes. The restrooms, showers, and laundry are close to the tent area. All resort facilities are included.
